At REV'IT! Sport International, we are committed to your satisfaction and safety on the road. If your gear doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate your unique Return Authorization (RA) number.
Prepare Your Gear
Ensure the product is in its original, unworn condition with all protective armor, tags, and technical manuals still attached and included in the original box.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location to ensure tracked delivery to our warehouse.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our technical team verifies the item's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method or facilitate an exchange within 5-7 business days.
